For the rest of Europe, we offer free shipping on all orders worth 90.00 € (500gr) or more. Please note that normal free shipping only applies to the final cart value. If you would like to return your order, our return policy gives you 30 days to return your item, free of charge, for a full refund. We aim to deliver the items within 3-4 business days, although it may take longer for remote locations. Direct delivery is the responsibility of our approved suppliers.

Our products are carefully packaged and travel by national (or international) courier. Your order will be delivered by your usual postman and left in your mailbox. If the package is too large, it will leave a warning. You do not need to sign any document, the packaging will be flashed and we will automatically be notified of the day and time of delivery.
